On September 30, the Scientific Council of Eurasia International University convened for a session addressing educational program development, international cooperation, and university operations management.
Two modular supplementary education programs were approved during the session, creating new opportunities to deepen professional knowledge in the digital domain and enhance teaching skills.
The Council also approved the Virtual Exchange Program entitled “Methods of Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Tools for ‘Green’ Communication in Education,” implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ SIN-NEC project. This initiative opens new avenues for joint learning and international experience exchange.
A key highlight of the meeting was the presentation on the progress of EIU’s international and development projects. Edgar Amirkhanyan, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and External Affairs, delivered a comprehensive report on major international initiatives carried out by the university, focusing particularly on the KPI4HE (Erasmus+ National KPI Framework), SIN_NEC, EU-BRIDGE, JOPSCIP, and MICROGIER projects.
The report provided detailed insights into current activities, upcoming events, and core project provisions. Emphasis was placed on integrating international project expertise and best practices into EIU’s academic curricula and daily operations to improve educational quality and foster an inclusive, digital, and green-oriented environment.
Furthermore, the Council discussed the publication of scientific research and internal administrative organisation, adopting corresponding decisions.
Special attention was given to preparations leading up to COP17. The Council reviewed the progress of EIU’s readiness for participation in the Green Zone sessions and addressed operational planning to ensure the smooth continuation of the educational process during the conference dates.
